This kit: used to use the 3W CREE T10 bulbs, but now uses the Carbide Series T10 bulbs. They are twice as bright and smaller so they fit more applications. This is a huge upgrade over stock and the old 3W CREE Projector bulbs.
NOTICE: IF you are using the stock third brake light housing, the install is simple: Unscrew it from the outside and pull off the cover. If youre using an aftermarket third brake light housing you might have to drop the headliner to get to the bulbs. As part of our Tundra Video Series we showed viewers how to install LED cargo light bulbs overhead on their 2007 - 2013 Toyota Tundra.
We supply: only the highest quality LED bulbs from GTR Lighting so you won't have any headaches and they will last a long time. These are easily THE BRIGHTEST LED bulbs that will fit in the Tundra cargo light on either side of the third brake light. What a difference!!

Installed the upgrade bed floodlight bulbs. Night and day difference. Great product! Buying more of the upgrades for interior lights.

easy to install. The LED is not a flood but more of a spot. I canÃôt seem to tell if there is really more illumination. I was expecting more for some reason.

I had to replace the gasket in my third brake light, so I figured I should go ahead and replace the bulbs at the same time. So far these are working well. I prefer the white LED light to the yellow OEM bulbs. The LEDs are brighter and make it easier to see what's in the truck bed. The hardest part was getting the old bulbs out without breaking them off.

Not the first time I purchased from HR and so far I have liked the products they sell. It is hard to find a vendor that will deliver on what they say, so far HR has. Don't know yet how long they last but the initial quality of what they sell has been great, what they said held up to what I got. Keep it that way.
Tundra cargo lights are BRIGHT

you just can't beat having clear white light to see onto/ into the bed of your truck at night. These are so much brighter than than the factory bulbs it is startling. I can see my bedcover clearly from the drivers seat with these on. LOVE them.
Not designed for Tundra as advertised

The bulb should point light both out and at a sideways/rear angle to maximize the reflector built into the Tundra housing, but due to these mainly pointing out only they were dimmer than the lights already there. They do not do a good job of throwing light over the entire bed of the truck. I was not able to use them.

I replaced the high cargo and brake lights on my Tundra with the LEDs from Headlight Revolution this past weekend. The old one's got so hot they were melted to the housing. Once removed, I was able to clean everything up and install the new LEDs. They are 100% brighter and better looking than the old bulbs. Work just fine without any issues. Would certainly buy again.
