The Armor Series of LED bulb is impressively bright, with an unparalleled Black-Chrome style. The white is one of the brightest bulbs we offer, and the other colors are vibrant and impressive. Using state of the art 2835 SMD LED chips to produce unparalleled light output with high-efficiency power usage! The focusing lens on top creates a 165 degree beam pattern output and the decorative metal style of the bulb surrounding is an excellent heat sink. This means we can push these LEDs to the limit without risk of damaging them from heat! Get ready for an amazing bulb that will last a very long time.
The circuitry in the Armor series of LED bulbs by GTR Lighting is unique, in that it will work with any OEM wiring configuration you will find. CK Style, SACK style, normal/traditional style, it will work in all socket types. This makes your life easier by having a great performing bulb that takes zero guesswork to install!
Constant Current Driver: The Armor Series of LED bulbs from GTR Lighting are built using a state of the art Constant Current Driver inside the bulb. This allows them to be more reliable when used on vehicles that have voltage fluctuations due to electrical system design or fault. A constant current driver is a device that takes any incoming voltage and smooths it out, regulates it, so a steady stream of voltage/current reaches the LED. This helps the LED bulb last longer than bulbs that don't have this device built-in.
GTR Lighting 50 watt 6 ohm Gold Style Resistors: When installing LED bulbs to replace your factory blinker bulbs, you will have a "fast flash" or "hyper flash" problem. This means the vehicle will think you have a light bulb burnt out and, as an indicator to you, will flash quicker than normal. Installing these resistors will fool your vehicle into thinking it has a light bulb in good condition installed and will blink normally. Simply wire the resistor between the ground wire and the blinking positive wire.
WARNING! The resistors get hot! It is very important to mount them to something metal behind the headlights with screws, not zip ties. The resistors get so hot they can melt some light plastic and short wires. Keep them away from all wiring and heat-sensitive materials!

Awesome and easy upgrade. Wires on resistors were a bit short, but I made them work. I will get all of my lighting upgrades from HR!

Just wanted to let you folks know that the Rear Turn LED's are amazing. Exactly what was described online and in the install video.
I did have an issue getting the Hyperflash resolved as the YouTube video by Chris may be incomplete and incorrect.
Including my info and pics to help anyone else having issues.
This was applied to my 2017 4Runner.
Note that you do not need to remove the rear light assembly from the vehicle.
-Driver's side 6 pin harness to the rear light assembly;
Connect the "Yellow" wire (PWR) to one end of the resistor, connect the "White with Black stripe" wire (GND)to the other end. Note that the "Green wire is for the parking lights.
-Passenger's side 6 pin harness to the rear light assembly;
Connect the "Light Blue" wire (PWR) to one end of the resistor, connect the "White with Black stripe" wire (GND)to the other end. Note that the "Green wire is for the parking lights.

They did not work

I installed the resistor as instructed by the videos. This did not correct fast blink, but instead shorted out the entire factory tail light making it light up while the resistor was installed. I tested the resistor, 6.5k and it is correct in matching the markings. I removed the resistor and threw the entire order in the trash along with the LEDs. I reinstalled the factory bulb and walked away from it.
2014 Tundra complete LED upgrade

I been watching HR YouTube videos and always wanted to make the upgrade, but when I watched YouTube Tundradude34 he did a video on vanity light upgrade and noticed the difference I got on HR and ordered all the LED bulbs to replace what I had in the truck. Unfortunately I had one Red led bulb break which was for the 3rd brake light not bad considering how many lights I replaced. The LED upgrade looks amazing and love the reverse lights I can finally see in the dark when backing up. Also a big shout out to HR customer service I thought I had a missing LED bulb and you guys responded quickly and nothing was missing and later that day I did the LED bulb showed up. Super satisfied with the products, service and how my Tundra looks at night. Thank you Mike Williamson
Excellent taillights

Definitely a must have. Big upgrade from the factory Toyota lights. HR has done all the dirty work and reviewed all the bulbs that are replacements from factory. If you want people to see the rear of the vehicle when you hit the brakes then this is what you want.

Bulb style that arrived is different apparently an updated bulb. First bulb I put in was super bright but the suddenly went dim. Tried unplugging and reinstalled same issue. Tried 2nd bulb from package it's supper bright and works great with flasher. Now came time for resistor installation, was disappointed to find resistor wires are even short than mentioned in reviews I read. They are not 12Ãù I measured them they are 6Ãù impossible to install with that short of a lead wire! I will have to splice before I can finish install! Also going to need exchange for bulb that's not functioning correctly. Bummer
