Craftsmanship: Designing a high-quality bulb is a task GTR Lighting took seriously. Unlike so many companies that skimped on every single detail they possibly could, the GTR Ultra Series 3 features a design that covers every base with real attention to detail.
The Best: While so many others use Philips or CREE LED chips, GTR went with a custom TST 7045 chipset option to ensure better results. Those results show through to the finished product too thanks to digitally optimized LED positioning that most closely matches the original filament tolerances. Combining these features is the key to getting all the light from the source to the reflector surface and ultimately onto your target without wasted lumens and glare all over.
Better Fitment: We've heard many who assume that because the Ultra Series 3 is smaller than competitors that it's weaker and less capable. They couldn't be more wrong. Thanks to TST (Thermal Separation Technology), it is more able to effectively dissipate heat, allowing the emitters to retain high luminous flux output. That results in 4,700 lumens of output and a considerably easier time installing them. There are zero downsides here.

Can’t say enough good things about Headlight Revolution or the products. Bought some Ultra 2 LED’s for my 2019 F-150 and I am astounded by the difference these things make. Pictured left is the new headlight, with my stock light on the right.
Order was shipped almost immediately, packaging was well protected, the installation was super easy (God Bless YouTube), and their customer service was top notch. Next up…. Fog lights and high beams, although with the quality of the low beams alone I might not need them.

2019 Upgrade, Boots Required

I bought these for my 2019 XLT after watching the HR videos and reading F150 forums. The key point for me, was the video comparison to other bulbs and the statement that the GTR's work with OEM dust covers. Upon attempting the install, it immediately became clear that the OEM dust covers do not work with the GTR Ultra 2. The space between the fan housing and the headlight housing is only a few millimeters and won't allow the OEM cover to slot into place. I called to complain about this and referenced the video and was pleasantly taken care of by Headlight Revo staff.
Overall, its a tremendous upgrade and once I got some GTR 80mm dust covers, it all fit perfectly. Just know that you WILL need the aftermarket dust cover for the low beam bulbs. The High beam bulbs will work with oem.
GTR Ultra 2.0 worth the $$

Installed on a 2018 F-150 XLT. Excellent craftsmanship. Very bright lights. It's like having a brand new truck! My truck required the $9 aftermarket dust covers GTR sells because the bulbs were a little big, causing the factory dust covers to not seal correctly. Also, you may need to loosen the brackets on the bright light bulb housing with torx bit screwdriver in order to twist the bulbs in properly. They are thicker than the halogens. Other than that, smooth sailing! I would recommend these bulbs to anyone! They are the best money can buy.

Works great looks nice and it gives different looks to my Truck.
The only problem is that my dust cover doesn't fit in the new bulbs

2019 F150 XLT. The LED bulbs are great and really bright but the bulb is a tight fit in the housing with the rubber grommet. I had to cut the grommet a bit and covered it with electric tape to fit over the back of the bulb but haven't had any issues. The resistors work well, but right side install is tricky due to wiper fluid container.

I can finally see!! These are far superior to the stock halogens. They seem to be very well constructed. Time will tell as far as longevity.
