Carbide Series Overview - The Carbide Series 2.0 7440/7443 from GTR Lighting is a remarkable bump in performance from what was already a good light in version 1.0. These LED Lights are focused on one thing, getting the most light onto your target as physics will allow for. Here at Headlight Revolution we personally love the visual appeal of the lights even when they're off. GTR poured some real effort into designing an attractive package and it shows. What might amaze you is how much technology is packed inside though.
CANbus Compatible - Canbus vehicles can wreck a brilliant lighting upgrade in no time. GTR doesn't want its customers experiencing that pain and neither do we. That's why we love that the Carbide Series 2.0 has Canbus integration built-in. No more resistors, no more having to hack your wiring to ensure you avoid 'bulb-out' warnings, no more flicker, and no more hyper flash. It's all a thing of the past with the Carbide 2.0.
Redundencey: The Carbide Series 2.0 features something called the Intelligent Temperature Control System or ITCS. It features layers of design that keep this bulb cool on the hottest of days. First, the aluminum casting itself evacuates heat at a rapid pace. Add to it internal heat sink fins that further cool the light. Finally, if for some reason the light should experience unexpectedly high temperatures a thermistor circuit is constantly monitoring in case the power needs to be reduced. There's no way around it, GTR wants this to be the last set of bulbs you ever buy.

2016 Ram 1500 Reverse Lights

These lights are extremely bright and have nice light distribution. The other key factor is the canbus compatibility which I haven’t had any codes since installing these bulbs. Finally the biggest reason I liked them so much is the fact you don’t have to leave your factory plug dangle outside the housing if you chose one of the other replacement options. These bulbs fit in your factory plug and your factory plug is installed back in your taillight (at least for my 2016 Ram that was the case). Excellent products!!
Very Bright and Perfect Color

One of my biggest concerns before buying these was that it wouldn't be able to replicate the natural amber color of the stock bulbs. However, the color is even better with these LEDs! They are the deepest amber I have ever seen and are insanely bright. They really compliment any white or blue led light super well. I know they are a bit pricey, but to have a bulb that is as bright and vibrant as this that will last forever is certainly worth the money!
2021 Jeep Gladiator

Installed these on my gladiator and they look awesome. I used the 7440/7443 CK: GTR Carbide Canbus 2.0 LED (amber) for the turn signals and the 7440/7443 GTR Carbide Canbus 2.0 LED (white) for the drls. They do need to be installed in the proper orientation. To double check this, I flipped the bulbs around and they didn’t work properly, I just happened to install them the correct way first try. The picture shows the LEDs installed on the passenger side and the stock halogens on the driver side.

2017 Ford F-350 Looking Good!

Tech support/customer service was great in trying to figure problem (CK GTR LIGHTING CARBIDE LED switchback) why lights were not working and sent out another set (Non-CK) to see if it would work. And we have light! The Non-CK worked, problem solved and love the way they look in 2017 Ford F-350. A must buy!!! Thank you!!!
non-CK confusion

Using the 7440/7443 Carbide Series 2.0 NON-CK amber (GTR.LED590) on my 2021 Tundra (with OEM LED headlights), the front turn signals are bright and no resistors are needed. The LEDs are polarity sensitive, and I had to reinstall them 180 degrees for proper function. I initially ordered CK bulbs with a July 4th discount, because the website said "2006-2019 Toyota Tundra front turn signals: 4157CK," but the CK's didn't work. HR needs to update its website. Customer service had me exchange the CK's, Great bulbs. BTW I used 3156/3157 GTR Carbide Series 2 red (GTR.LED581) for the rear stop/tail lights.
Great looking LED and NO hyperflashing

Installed these on my 2017 F150 with the Morimoto Hybrid headlights and they look amazing. I believe these have to be installed in the right orientation, when I plugged in the drivers side it worked perfect, but not on the passenger side. I unplugged it and rotated and then it worked perfect. No fast signal on my cluster or hyperflashing so I am happy.
these lights are great love not having to wire in any resistors.

Vivid upgrade

Purchased the 7443 amber (non CK) for 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 Touring and I have to admit I was skeptical. They worked right out of the package with NO hyperflashing. I also purchased the 1157 switchbacks but I am having an issue with those. working on a solution
