Craftsmanship: Designing a high-quality LED is a task GTR Lighting took seriously. Unlike so many companies that skimped on every single detail they possibly could, this 9005/HB3 GTR Ultra Series 2.0 features a multi-faceted design that covers every base with real attention to detail.
The Best: While so many others use Philips or CREE LED chips, GTR went with a high-quality NLW753 option to ensure better results. Those results show through to the finished product too thanks to digitally optimized LED positioning that emulates the original filament location precisely. Combining these features is the key to getting all the light from the source to the reflector surface and ultimately onto your target without wasted lumens and glare all over.
Unstoppable: Consider this, GTR backs the performance of this LED light for life. They can be that confident because of all the work they've done to ensure it won't fail. The internals are 100% potted and waterproof for the wettest of trails or the heaviest rains. That means that the fan will never stop cooling either so temps never rise above 80c, well below the threshold for danger. They knew what they were doing when they assembled this rugged LED.
Better Fitment:We've heard many who assume that because the Ultra Series 2.0 is smaller than competitors that it's weaker and less capable. They couldn't be more wrong. Thanks to that small stature, it requires less energy to keep cool and keep power to the LED up. That results in 4100 lumens of output and a considerably easier time installing them. There are zero downsides here.

We have been waiting for the Ultra 2.0 bulbs for a good while and man they were definitly worth the wait! We have been amazed at the output and control in every vehicle we have installed them in.

Replacing 2015-LX570 OEM xenon projector high beam. The installation took long time to do the adjustment. The output brightness exceeded my expectations. Cliffs darkness shines as same as noontime:)

We recently installed a couple sets for a customer and they were very happy with the light output and the fact that they were not blinding oncoming cars.

I brought these after watching plenty of reviews and that they had an awesome right up , the package arrived promptly although was expensive sending to New Zealand, unfortunately tho because of the heat sink on the back of the bulb the bulb doesn't fit inside the headlight housing of the 2019 ford raptor ranger ( yes it's the correct bulb) have seen since online that people are using the flexible heat sink type of bulb

Installed in the highs and lows on a 2019 legacy. Direct replacement, plug and play. Comparable brightness to the 50w Morimoto ballast powering CBI's on another vehicle. Love these lights!

I was expecting an improvement after watching the Headlight Revolution YouTube channel. I received my lights earlier than estimated deliver date. I installed the 9005 into my high beams and only about 15 minutes with plug and play then using the included zip ties to make the wires look organized. I turn them on and what a huge difference. Night and day improvement in output so I aimed them and most of all I have a nice cut off line just like the guy on YouTube stated would be but was blown away by their performance. The build quality seems good but with the life time warranty which I hope I never have to use will protect my investment. I replaced my low, high and fog lights in my vehicle. I am extremely happy with the results I provided pictures of my 2006 Nissan Quest including night shots to show off the lights. A big KUDOS HR!

I previously reviewed these on a 2015 RAV4 low beam (TL/DR not good). Because I couldn't use them on the RAV4, I tried them in my 2011 Outback as a high-beam only (DLR disabled). They provide a proper beam pattern, and measured about 250% brighter than stock with my light meter. Most LEDs, you're lucky if they at least match stock bulbs in brightness. The GTR U2 in my OB were very noticeably brighter. No adjustment/rotation needed to achieve proper light output either. Installed in less than 10 minutes. :+1: I'd recommend these so long as your normal bulbs install facing forward (most common). The RAV4 bulbs do not, and face towards the fenders.
