Craftsmanship: Designing a high-quality LED is a task GTR Lighting took seriously. Unlike so many companies that skimped on every single detail they possibly could, this HB4/9006 GTR Ultra Series 2.0 features a multi-faceted design that covers every base with real attention to detail.
The Best: While so many others use Philips or CREE LED chips, GTR went with a high-quality NLW753 option to ensure better results. Those results show through to the finished product too thanks to digitally optimized LED positioning that emulates the original filament location precisely. Combining these features is the key to getting all the light from the source to the reflector surface and ultimately onto your target without wasted lumens and glare all over.
Unstoppable: Consider this, GTR backs the performance of this LED light for life. They can be that confident because of all the work they've done to ensure it won't fail. The internals are 100% potted and waterproof for the wettest of trails or the heaviest rains. That means that the fan will never stop cooling either so temps never rise above 80c, well below the threshold for danger. They knew what they were doing when they assembled this rugged LED.
Better Fitment:We've heard many who assume that because the Ultra Series 2.0 is smaller than competitors that it's weaker and less capable. They couldn't be more wrong. Thanks to that small stature, it requires less energy to keep cool and keep power to the LED up. That results in 4100 lumens of output and a considerably easier time installing them. There are zero downsides here.

Bright AF!!!

Installed these on my 2005 Silverado and damn these are some bright lights. Would highly recommend them to everyone. I had to cut out a piece of the plastic headlight bracket so the fan could have clearance but once I saw the brightness it was well worth cutting it.

Installed them in a 2000 Toyota Camry with reflector type lenses.
Night and day difference from the stock halogen bulbs. I was worried about them being to bright but for oncoming cars but all the light was down on the road where it should be. Five stars for these bulbs!!!!!

Light fit as they should, they took a bit of adjustment however. These lights are impressive.
Yes they are a bit more expensive, however you get what you pay for.

Packaging - Beautiful and felt like very high quality. Felt guilty af when I recycled the boxes. Would like to see more companies using wooden, or better yet, bamboo boxes for their one-time-use shipping needs.
Construction - Weighty-in-the-hand. The smell of engineering, research, and failure-point testing is overwhelming. Extremely well-built at first glance, but Time's vote is still out.
Installation Pros:
- No printed instructions included; online only
- Instructions not needed; very straightforward

- no drilling, pounding, or explosions required
- Installed in fewer than 20 minutes
Installation Cons:
- Indexing Marks would make clocking easier
- Fan assy almost did not clear headlight frame
- Included torx-driver is VERY soft metal and prone to stripping
- holes in clock ring are barely large enough to accommodate screws, increasing chance of stripping screw heads
The only thing dimmer than the headlights in a 2001 Chevy S-10 is our current presidentÃîI've had cheap flashlights that were brighter.
The improvement-over-stock offered by the GTR Series II LED headlight was immense. I am extremely satisfied with the build quality, ease of installation, and performance of these GTR Series II LED headlight bulbs. They took over a month to arrive but were well worth the wait. I am no longer annoyed with driving my truck at night. Furthermore, as soon as I finish paying off the $200 I spent on these, I'll be dishing out another $200 to put HB3 bulbs in the brights as well.

Brilliant light output

I've been holding off for several years buying LED headlights because of the poor beam pattern. I saw the HR video shoot-out on the brightest LEDs. The video convinced me that the technology had improved enough that the new lights had both good beam pattern as well as outstanding light output. The video os correct. These lights have a great beam pattern and have dazzling light output.

These are amazing lights. I put them in my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 and it blew me away the difference between these and stock lighting. I live on an old country road and driving at night is way better now

I just received my set of GTR ultra 2 and boy let me tell you, this is the best led headlight I've ever seen on a reflector headlamp... I installed them on my 2012 Nissan Armada (low beam) and lm very pleased with the results. It's a significant upgrade from factory setup , it's so crazy cause days prior (Christmas Eve) I installed a 22Ãù light bar on the bottom part of my bumper thinking I was going to have good amount of light and these GTR ultra 2 put the light bar to shame , I don't see the point on having the light bar on because they get washed by the GTR ultra2. I want to thank the guys at Headlight Revolution for their in depth reviews and comparisons with other similar products, this is what ultimately convince me to get these, thank you and I'm looking forward to completing the look with the high beams and fog lights.
