INSTALLATION DOCUMENTS

XenonDepot's Xtreme HID Kit: The number one rated HID kit amongst many automotive enthusiasts. We proudly support dozens of online automotive forums and have built up an excellent reputation by offering quality products, backed by a higher level of service, and have been doing so since 2001.

XTR HID Bulb Details: The Xtreme HID kit uses high quality Philips quartz glass to minimize UV output to protect your vehicle's fog lights from aging prematurely. Each bulb has been laser aligned into its respective base type to ensure optically correct beam patterns. Halogen bulbs are rated at 19-65 watts meaning that these 35W HID bulbs can be safely installed in your vehicle's fog light or fog light assembly.

Xtreme HID Ballasts: Xtreme HID ballasts are the most durable aftermarket ballasts sold in the market. They are slim, digital ballasts that utilize a German ASIC processing chip to monitor the HID bulbs' power requirements real-time, which will extend the bulb and ballasts' life expectancy and ensure your bulbs match in color. Have you heard stories about HID ballasts causing radio interference? Xtreme HID ballasts come with proper EMI filters to ensure you don't get any radio interference or conflicts with your vehicle's electrical system. Planning on going off-roading? Xtreme HID ballasts are rubber injected making them completely waterproof and shockproof for rugged automotive & other-motive applications. Unlike others, Xtreme HID ballasts have an operating range of 9-32V, and only have an extremely low 4.5A starting draw on a cold start, which will not damage your vehicle's fog light harness.

Two-Pack of Harnesses: Xtreme HID kits come with two relay harnesses--one per side. Each relay harness will have its own fuse, ground location, positive lead to the battery, and completely sealed relay. Others advertise sealed relays, but only our harnesses come with relays soldered onto printed circuit boards, encased in extruded aluminum, and sealed with epoxy for a truly OEM grade relay harness. Each harness will come with a proper input connector that will plug into your vehicle's fog light harness with no wire splicing or tapping needed.

Warranty and Support: The internet is flooded with HID kits with gimmicky lifetime warranties and inflated performance specs--we know. Tired of your current HID kit flickering or not turning on consistently? Tired of chasing the company that sold you an HID kit and disappeared when you need some after sales service & support? Purchase from a trusted online vendor that consistently has the highest reviews and feedback and has been doing this for nearly two decades. Don't sacrifice when it comes to your vehicle's lighting.

Xenon Depot XTR HID Kit - H4

Quality of product is built well. I like that the wires are encased with braided sleeve for protection. More than enough wiring to install in any vehicle. Just beware NO instruction manual. Everything for this kit is plug and play but you will need some knowledge of DC power and how it works. Plugs on female have positive and negative symbols but on the male side of plug there is NO symbols. Be cautious and carefully check that wire for positive is RED and wire for negative is BLACK. Incorrect wiring could possibly short out module. Hope this is helpful.

So I bought this for my wife's 2002 Tacoma and it is OK. I'm having some issues with the high beams not working correctly, one isn't switching like it's supposed to. I am not certain what the issue is quite yet but after playing around with all of the connections on the right side it started working but the left side then wouldn't switch. Not sure if it's just a bad connection but if so, why would it cause the other side to stop working when I never touched that one?

The kit comes with the parts needed but there is not. a. single. word. of. instructions. A little help would be nice.
