Had no issues with using these.

I knew my vehicle would need these to help stop the flicker. I used these on my wife's 2012 Jeep Liberty. I first plugged the S-V.4 V4 H13 (9008) lights into the vehicle without the CANBUS decoder and they did flicker a little bit only when the vehicle was running. I installed these after and the flicker completely stopped. I let my wife install these lights and CANBUS and it only took her 30 minutes and she has no automotive experience. Overall great product and was a good suggestion by the sales rep. Would definitely buy whole package again. I no longer worry about weather any of these lights or CANBUS will stop working!

I had been using Sylvania's brightest halogen which were better that the OEM, but when newer cars would pass me at night I could tell that led's would be safer. I researched LED's for months and concluded that the Next Big Thing must be these VR super nova series with an inclosed cooling fan. Plus the customer service contacted me back and recommended this series for my car since they had tested so many models. After installing them correctly which is to make sure each emitter is shining to the left and to the right, not up and down. To do so they include a tiny Allen wrench to adjust the rotation. After installing them I made sure I was not blinding oncoming traffic by adjusting the headlights. That took some tweaking but now I'm safer and not bothering other people. After that, I contacted HR customer service via chat and told them what could I do to keep my Äúcheck right headlightÄù and Äúcheck left headlightÄù warning lights from coming on. Those warnings would come on every ten minutes and I could easily reset them but they kept coming on every ten minutes. So with the GTR Smart PWM and CANBUS decoder Kit HR sent me those warnings don't come on anymore which is worth the extra money. I also went ahead and ordered the available extension wires in case I ever need to remount anything. I know I will eventually add these Supernovas to other older cars so it wouldn't hurt to have those extension wire kits. So now when I'm riding next to all these newer cars at night, my car is equal to the task of safe headlights. Oh, and I cut out a hole in my dust boot, but didn't really have to. I could have just cut a slit in it to feed the wires through because HR said that the Supernovas are tested and designed to work with the dust boot on. I will eventually buy another dust boot to protect the side that I cut the hole on. The other side I had not installed yet.

I was having problems with one of my LED headlights flickering on my Ford f 250. I had purchased the lights about 4 months ago from HR. So I contacted them and they sent me two new GTR Lighting PWM Interface Module (H13 Style Connectors) covered by warranty. I installed they and it fixed the problem. There was no hassle and I received them in just a few days. Very happy with the lights and how quick they resolved the problem for me. Thanks HR.

Made headlights FLASH like a Police car. It did remove the headlight Fault code off dash info display.

My 2013 Expedition had an issue with the GTR LED headlight bulbs. They worked correctly while on the highway but after coming off they would flicker occasionally and the high beam stopped working (no change between high and low). HR sent me these decoders and since I installed them there have been no issues. So thanks to HR for fixing this issue; I like the LEDs and will replace the fog lights with the GTR bulbs as well.

Does what its supposed too but only works if you use one on the drivers side. If you install both it affects the light operation for high and low beams
