Cutting-Edge LED Chip Technology: We challenge you to find another bulb on the market that produces as much light as the S-V.4 while still retaining a perfect beam pattern! The S-V.4 LED fog light bulbs utilize the newest multi-core LED chip styles that feature one long crystal over the entire diode array to create a seamless light output source. Most LED fog light bulbs on the market essentially create 2, 3, 4, or 6 different light sources by stacking 2-6 different chips together in a line. The NLW1860CV2 chips are based on XD14 technology developed by CREE, this custom designed LED chip has no light gap between diodes which gives it a closer function compared to the original filament bulb, thus achieving a greater beam accuracy that works best in any fog light or fog light housing.
Thermal Management: The S-V.4 LED fog light bulbs are built from the highest quality 6063 aluminum material originally designed for aircraft and space craft applications. This material has amazing heat dissipation qualities as well as is 100% corrosion resistant in automotive applications. On the bottom of the heat sink lies a high-speed double ball bearing micro-fan that is fully submersible and waterproof! If the fan stops working, the sophisticated thermal management system inside the bulb will dim the fog light until it is safe to use. Considering that these bulbs can be up to 6x brighter than your original bulbs, even at 50% power, they will still be safe to use on the street in most situations. The heavy duty LED bulb power driver has a built in smart fan circuit that ramps up the speed of the cooling fan as necessary so it's as quiet as possible when it can be.
Compact Design: Most LED fog light bulbs that use a fan-based active cooling system are known for not being small or easy to fit inside fog light housings with a dust cover. The S-V.4 is designed to be as compact as possible. The mounting depth is 20-25mm on most bulb variants, low profile enough to fit even the most demanding of spaces! The heat sink / fan diameter is only 39mm! The LED driver on this bulb is larger than the previous generation, but it is still the right size to fit inside most fog light housings comfortably.
CANBUS Compliant: Do your LED fog light bulbs flicker, pulse, give you errors and warnings on the dash? Do they even work at all?? Chances are your vehicle employs some version of CANBUS or PWM to control the lighting functions. These complex OEM systems rely on the physical readings of your original fog light filament to determine of your bulbs are operating properly. Simply put, when you install an LED fog light bulb, that function sometime determines that the bulb is broken, or missing entirely and will cause the truck to malfunction. Sometimes this means they don't come on at all, other times they flash, and sometimes they will suddenly shut off while you're driving! All of these things are solved by the built in CANBUS integration circuit found already inside the S-V.4 LED driver. Sometimes an extra PWM module may still be necessary, but this bulb is totally plug and play on the vast majority of vehicles on the road today, even brand new models!
Dimming: The S-V.4 bulbs dim less and less bright until they turn off at 8V DC.
DRL: If the DRL function is lower than 8V DC, the bulbs will just not turn on at all. But if they use CANBUS or PWM at 12V DC they will work normally.
CANBUS: Some vehicles use CANBUS function to monitor and control your fog light and fog light bulbs. The S-V.4 has a slightly larger LED driver than normal because the CANBUS anti-flicker and anti-error circuitry is built in! No external components should be needed to install these bulbs with a CANBUS-Equipped vehicle. Easy plug and play installation. 2 year warranty.

Solid LED Bulbs for F150 ('09-'14)

I did my homework and decided on these. So far, so good.
Install was a breeze. The set I got installed with the LEDs almost perfectly left-to-right in the housing. I tried each bulb in each headlight and found that did the trick for near-perfect fitment without having to adjust the LEDs position within the housing.
I can say for sure that the aesthetics are solid, the bulbs appear to be of higher-quality construction, and the light output within the '09-'14 F150 headlights is impressive for non-HID technology.
Price point is good. I ultimately chose the S-V.4 V3 over F150LEDs.com's CREE headlight bulbs. The S-V.4 V3's come in at $150 versus $200.
Next up are a few more LED upgrades to the exterior lighting of my truck.

These are outstanding headlight bulbs. After much research I decided on the S-V.4 V.3 LED headlight bulbs and am very impressed by the brightness, the beam pattern, and the ease of installation. The writen instruction sheet included is not very helpful but the HR you tube videos were very well done. There is no comparison between these bulbs and stock bulbs. It took less than an hour total to install the bulbs and aim the headlights. Outstanding product.

I was using Auxbeam NF-S1 H13 for 12 Escape. The beam pattern wasn't that great.Left side of the road was dim on low beam and high beam was ok but now spreading well.Then I installed the S-V.4 V.3 on 9/24/18. Was glad I brought them. Left side of the road show up super well on low beam. High beam the road was lit up like a Christmas tree. Great on back roads.

I installed Sylvania Silverstars in our Yukon about a year ago hoping to get better visibility for our trips through the Cascades. They were only slightly better than factory. I just installed the S-V.4 V4's and holy smokes what a difference. They're a brilliant white and so much brighter than the Sylvanias that I adjusted my drivers side light just slightly down from stock to make sure I wasn't blinding people. Even then they project much better down the road, and I can see much better going through the mountain passes now.
Install was easy - easier than getting the headlights out. Why does GM have to make it so hard to replace a bulb? The only modification I had to make was drilling an extra hole in the mounting collar midway between two of the stock adjustment holes in order to clock the bulb so the LED's were perfectly aligned horizontally (left & right).
Highly recommend this upgrade, just make sure your headlights are aligned properly because these things are bright!

Thanks to all of you that sent posts. I checked with GTR Lighting but did not get much help. My 2006 Dynasty utilizes the 2004 -2009 Ford F150, F250, F350, F450 head light housing. One gentleman at GTR told me their LED replacement for the H13 bulbs did not work with these year Ford headlights because of a clearance problem and he recommended that I try Headlight Revolution. I checked with them and got their S-V.4 V.3 LED Headlights, H13 Bulbs and installed them. The Headlight Revolution LED bulbs were about half the cost of the GTR bulbs. The bulbs were easy to install, just plug and play, but I had a problem with the lights flickering. I called and spoke with one of their sales people who told me that I probably needed to install their Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) module. The modules connect between the original headlight connector and the LED bulb connector. Again, a very easy installation. They sent me the PWM modules at no charge and they solved the flickering problems The PWM modules list at $49.00 a pair, but they sent them to me for nothing!! I can't believe the difference the LED lights make. I had a hard time driving at night becau

I had recently purchased smoked headlights for my f150, the stock bulbs made it almost impossible to see at night, I was extremely happy with the S-V.4 v3 LEDs I purchased. I thought I was going to have to put the old clear/chrome lights back in but the v3's worked so well I could leave them, I just recently purchased the S-V.4 v3's for my fog lights because I was so impressed. Headlight revolution was great, there live chat was so helpful and they always answered my emails in a timely manner

The guys at headlight revolution were super helpful in every aspect of the sell. From answering my many questions to making sure I got the right fitment. I was actually trying to spend double on lights I seen on their site and so happy they put me on to the S-V.4 v.4 for my Jeep JL!!
