Cutting-Edge LED Chip Technology: We challenge you to find another bulb on the market that produces as much light as the S-V.4 while still retaining a perfect beam pattern! The S-V.4 LED fog light bulbs utilize the newest multi-core LED chip styles that feature one long crystal over the entire diode array to create a seamless light output source. Most LED fog light bulbs on the market essentially create 2, 3, 4, or 6 different light sources by stacking 2-6 different chips together in a line. The NLW1860CV2 chips are based on XD14 technology developed by CREE, this custom designed LED chip has no light gap between diodes which gives it a closer function compared to the original filament bulb, thus achieving a greater beam accuracy that works best in any fog light or fog light housing.
Thermal Management: The S-V.4 LED fog light bulbs are built from the highest quality 6063 aluminum material originally designed for aircraft and space craft applications. This material has amazing heat dissipation qualities as well as is 100% corrosion resistant in automotive applications. On the bottom of the heat sink lies a high-speed double ball bearing micro-fan that is fully submersible and waterproof! If the fan stops working, the sophisticated thermal management system inside the bulb will dim the fog light until it is safe to use. Considering that these bulbs can be up to 6x brighter than your original bulbs, even at 50% power, they will still be safe to use on the street in most situations. The heavy duty LED bulb power driver has a built in smart fan circuit that ramps up the speed of the cooling fan as necessary so it's as quiet as possible when it can be.
Compact Design: Most LED fog light bulbs that use a fan-based active cooling system are known for not being small or easy to fit inside fog light housings with a dust cover. The S-V.4 is designed to be as compact as possible. The mounting depth is 20-25mm on most bulb variants, low profile enough to fit even the most demanding of spaces! The heat sink / fan diameter is only 39mm! The LED driver on this bulb is larger than the previous generation, but it is still the right size to fit inside most fog light housings comfortably.
CANBUS Compliant: Do your LED fog light bulbs flicker, pulse, give you errors and warnings on the dash? Do they even work at all?? Chances are your vehicle employs some version of CANBUS or PWM to control the lighting functions. These complex OEM systems rely on the physical readings of your original fog light filament to determine of your bulbs are operating properly. Simply put, when you install an LED fog light bulb, that function sometime determines that the bulb is broken, or missing entirely and will cause the truck to malfunction. Sometimes this means they don't come on at all, other times they flash, and sometimes they will suddenly shut off while you're driving! All of these things are solved by the built in CANBUS integration circuit found already inside the S-V.4 LED driver. Sometimes an extra PWM module may still be necessary, but this bulb is totally plug and play on the vast majority of vehicles on the road today, even brand new models!
Dimming: The S-V.4 bulbs dim less and less bright until they turn off at 8V DC.
DRL: If the DRL function is lower than 8V DC, the bulbs will just not turn on at all. But if they use CANBUS or PWM at 12V DC they will work normally.
CANBUS: Some vehicles use CANBUS function to monitor and control your fog light and fog light bulbs. The S-V.4 has a slightly larger LED driver than normal because the CANBUS anti-flicker and anti-error circuitry is built in! No external components should be needed to install these bulbs with a CANBUS-Equipped vehicle. Easy plug and play installation. 2 year warranty.

Subaru Outback working

2013 Subaru outback working better then halogen the beam pattern is more sharp and wide. The driver fits inside the headlight housing and the bulb has about 1/2 inch of space from the back cover.

I ordered the Supernova v4 low H7 and high beams 9006 for my Suzuki. My driver side LED stopped working and I informed HR after it went out.I immediately ordered another set. And insulted the new bulb. HR responded to me and have me the instructions to receive the warranty covered light. Within a few days my new light came, this was awesome customer service!! They even offered to refund my new purchase if I sent the lights back but I wanted to keep them on hand as a back up.

I upgraded my 05 Mustang to projector headlights and installed S-V.4 H7 in place of those weak H7 bulbs that came with the projectors. The difference was night and day. Going from reflector headlights to projector headlights took me some getting used to due to the sharp cutoff of the beam. My only hiccup in the process came with installing the H7 bulb adapter. Given the price of these bulbs, I did not want to do anything wrong and possible damage the LEDs. The instructions could have given a little more detail but once I figured it out, all went smoothly.

The product review videos that Headlight Revolution have done on this product convinced me to give them a shot. I ordered two pair - one for low beams and one for high beams for a 2008 Chrysler Crossfire. Installation was a breeze for the low beams - remove old H7 bulb then lock in the LED bulb and complete the connections. Amazingly bright and excellent cutoff - no high beam flashes from oncoming vehicles. Was so disappointed that the high beam housing was too small to allow the LED bulbs to seat properly - basically, the opening is only as big as an H7 halogen bulb. So I was unable to install the high beam ones. Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase and plan to upgrade my other vehicle with these as well. Thank you HR for selling an amazing product.

Fits in the stock housing. It's a snug fit, but I was able to reinstall the factory weather cap. Very bright. Beam pattern is better than stock. Excellent build quality. To all of the other reviewers and future reviewers, Please list your vehicles so other people know what to expect. There is one review on here that says an adapter is necessary. Necessary for what vehicle?
Poor fitment and sub-par customer support

I purchased this H7 bulb and an H11 bulb to fit a 2019 Suzuki Hayabusa. While the H11 bulb presented no fitment issues this bulb does not properly fit the low beam housing. While seated in its housing the bulb is canted slightly upward and as a result does not properly illuminate the road ahead, making it an inferior replacement for the stock halogen bulb. Through several exchanges with Headlight Revolution customer support I was first told that a ring adapter existed. Then, after sending pictures of both a stock setup with the halogen bulb properly seated and my housing with the v.4 bulb installed the Headlight Revolution representative insisted that my bulb had been installed upside down. I did not agree with this and could see from both the pictures I submitted and the stock photos shown above that it was not, but the representative was adamant and so I returned to the dealer and informed the service adviser of what I had been told. At their time and expense they blew the fairing and instrument cluster apart only to discover that, lo and behold, the bulb had in fact been installed right side up. When I shared this with Headlight Revolution I was given excuses ("there are H7 bulbs and H7 bulbs and this may be too large for your housing") followed by an apology and an offer to return the bulb for credit. I'd already gone full LED in the headlight housing (their two bulbs plus two 194 parking light bulbs) and now have to convert back to halogen or live with just a halogen bulb in the low beam element. I made this choice based largely upon Headlight Revolution's reputation as an authority in these matters, as well as the positive perception of the v.4 bulb and the need to have better lighting on a high-performance motorcycle. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Bad show, Headlight Revolution.
