We at Headlight Revolution have put together the best lighting upgrades for the 2023-2027 Ford Super Duty because the 2023 redesign changed a lot of the pieces that matter for lighting. This is not just a 2020-2022 truck with a different badge. The grille, headlight area, tail lights, fog lights, and accessory lighting all need to be matched to the newer body style.

Start with the headlights that came on the truck. If it has stock bulb-style housings, we have HR-tested GTR Ultra 3 bulbs for the H11 low beams and 9005 high beams. If it has OEM LED headlight assemblies, brighter replacement headlight bulbs are not the answer. That truck is already using a factory LED setup, so it should not be treated like a bulb swap.

The fog lights are similar. If the truck has stock fog housings, GTR Ultra 3 H11 fog bulbs are the simple way to add more usable light without changing the whole fog assembly. If you want a bigger jump, Morimoto 4Banger fog lights and Baja Designs dual fog pocket kits replace the factory fog area with stronger pods, vehicle-specific brackets, and beam patterns you can actually aim.

The rear of the truck has its own fitment rules. Morimoto XB LED tail lights fit standard-tail-light trucks, and BLIS trucks are good as long as the factory radar modules are transferred into the new housings. Platinum and Limited trucks with OEM full LED tail lights use a different setup, so those tail lights are not compatible. For backing up, the Morimoto Backup Light Boost Bar is a smart add because a Super Duty is a big truck and the stock reverse lights only do so much.

A lot of Super Duty lighting mistakes start with one assumption: it is a 2023+ truck, so the part should fit. That is not how these trucks work. Bulb-style headlights, OEM LED headlights, standard tail lights, full LED tail lights, BLIS modules, dually markers, and base halogen front ends all change what will actually bolt on.

If the truck has bulb-style headlights, the GTR Ultra 3 low-beam and high-beam kits are the headlight bulbs we trust here. The low beam uses H11 and the high beam uses 9005. They are compact, bright, and built around GTR's TST 7045 LED layout, which helps put the light where the stock housing can use it. If the truck has OEM LED headlights, skip the bulb kits.

Fog lighting can stay simple or get pretty serious. The GTR Ultra 3 H11 fog bulb kit keeps the stock housings and gives the truck a cleaner LED fog output. The Morimoto 4Banger fog light kit is the cleaner complete setup, with 2023+ Super Duty brackets, plug-and-play wiring, adjustable aim, and white or yellow output. The wide-beam versions are SAE F 20 compliant, so they are the ones to look at when street-friendly fog performance matters. The Baja Designs Squadron SAE/Pro dual fog pocket kit is the more aggressive option, with SAE Fog and Driving/Combo output choices for F-250 and F-350 trucks.

If the truck sees trails, job sites, ranch roads, or long dark drives, the off-road lighting is worth a look. Morimoto 2Banger and 4Banger ditch light systems use Super Duty-specific A-pillar brackets and let you choose the beam pattern that fits how the truck is used. The Baja Designs XL bumper light kit is the big-output setup, using a seven-pod linkable bar for serious forward lighting off-road.

Out back, Morimoto XB LED tail lights clean up the look of the truck and add better lighting without losing the factory BLIS function on equipped trucks. The radar modules transfer into the new housings, so the blind-spot system keeps working like it should. Just check the tail lights first: trucks with OEM full LED tail lights, mainly Platinum and Limited, use a different setup and are not compatible.

The smaller lights are not throwaways on a truck this size. The Morimoto X3B third brake light adds brighter brake and bed lighting, the XB mirror lights update the tow mirrors, and the XB license plate lights finish the rear cleanly. The XB side markers are for dually trucks only, so SRW trucks should skip those.
