PWM Harness: Built by GTR Lighting Specifically for systems with Pulsed Width Modulation, this bespoke module features smart internal circuitry built to combat bulb out warnings and flickering that are all too common when upgrading from a halogen bulb to LED or HID lights.
Installation: This couldn't get much easier. Just plug in the module into the vehicle headlight connector (adapter may be required) and plug the other end into your relay harness trigger input, or directly into the new HID or LED headlight system.
HID - 35w Only: When used with HID systems, this module is specifically intended for 35w applications only.

I installed these on my 2017 that came with halogen dogs and headlights. I added 2017 Sahara OEM LED headlights and fogs. The fogs would just flicker NON STOP... tried installing these and I could NOT get them to turn on. I then remembered someone mentioned the reverse polarity and I turned them around and they worked!
I had read that HR had replied to someone that they had fixed this issue on the newer ones but apparently mine isnÃôt part of the new batch. IÃôm just hoping they stay on since they donÃôt actually clip on like theyÃôre supposed to. My fogs donÃôt flicker though! And I can actually turn them on!
Good product, modification needed for Wrangler

Used this to address flickering when installing Mopar LED fog lights on my non-LED 2016 Wrangler 75th Ed. Lights have reverse polarity to connector. Either need to rotate connector when installing and tape in place (only latches on one side) or repin the connector to switch wire position (not too difficult with very small flat head screwdriver). Minor mod, but wish I knew ahead of time. HR customer service was very helpful.

Loose fit, don't lock in tight. Still a wiggle in the bulb enough that it could fall out or at least have a shaking beam constantly
