Headlight Assemblies: LED, Halogen, or Sealed Beam
Most people think a brighter bulb fixes weak factory light. It rarely does. The real fix starts with the assembly itself, because the housing, reflector or projector, and lens decide how much of that bulb's output actually lands on the road, so the first choice you need to make is LED or Halogen headlight assemblies.
Pick the lane that matches your vehicle, then build from there.
Here's something most buyers never think to ask: what does the actual beam pattern look like once the assembly is on the vehicle? A low beam pattern is not just a bright spot on the wall, it is made up of several zones working together. There is the foreground, the stretch of road closest to the front bumper that needs to be lit evenly so you are not staring into a dark gap right in front of the vehicle. There is the hot spot, the brightest concentration of light that should sit ahead of the foreground and slightly to the right side of the lane to light up signs and shoulder detail. And there is the cutoff, the line where light stops sharply so oncoming drivers are not blinded. A well-designed projector or reflector balances all three, a wide, even foreground so nothing near the vehicle is left dark, a strong hot spot for distance, and a clean cutoff for glare control. When we evaluate an assembly in the shop, we are not just checking peak brightness, we are checking whether the whole pattern, foreground through cutoff, works together on real pavement.
We run all three of these builds in our shop every week, so match your vehicle and budget below and get moving. If you already have a projector housing and just need a bulb swap, see Headlight Bulbs. If you want a custom-built projector setup, see Headlight Retrofitting.

LED Headlight Assemblies
Vehicle-specific projector housings like the Morimoto XB Suburban assembly, built with triple Bi-LED projectors giving six low beams and four high beams plus Osram 5000K DRLs and plug-and-play harnesses, for owners who want the biggest jump in night driving output.
Universal Headlight Assemblies
Round and rectangular sealed beam housings, including Holley Retrobright LED sealed beams that keep the classic look but swap in a modern beam pattern, for older trucks, Jeeps, and classics running factory-style buckets.
Halogen Headlight Assemblies
Composite halogen replacement assemblies for owners who want a factory-style fit and finish without rewiring, a straightforward swap when you are not ready to move to LED.
