BANG FOR THE BUCK: The new Hybrid XB LED headlights from Morimoto have a design inspired by the 17-19 F250 OEM LED headlights. They cost a few hundred bucks less than the big boy XB's and although they have half the projectors, lets be real, who needs four eight projectors anyways? They do however offer all of the same great features that matter for most of us!
Hybrid Spec: Using a combination of both LED & Incandescent bulbs (thus, 'Hybrid') these offer much of the same amazing features that the original. Their LED daytime running light is still insanely bright, easily visible during the day. The optics used in the DRL are shared with the high-end version of the XB's--which reallly kicks ass because that's a fan favorite for those who are shopping for an upgrade.
Inside: The diffuser for the DRL has the same smoked lens, However, they do have an amber LED side marker and of course use a halogen bulb for the turn signal right in the middle. They use the same OEM-grade housing that won't fade or yellow over time.
PERFORMANCE: The XB Hybrid headlights have a powerful, wide, and bright LED low beam projector, and a dedicated LED high beam projector too. Their optics were specially developed just for use the new lineup to produce a killer beam pattern despite the affordable price point.
Street Legal: They're also completely DOT approved. Their LED projector optics meet & exceed all SAE, DOT, and FMVSS108 regulations when aimed properly...which is pretty easy to do using the simple vertical adjuster on the back. These are much more than an upgrade that looks good, they're going to far out-perform most other headlight upgrades you can buy too.
WIRING: These things are designed to work on your truck without any modifications, so if you're not really one for wiring, not to worry. There's only three connectors that are simply plug n play with the factory wiring. One for the low and high beam, one for the turn signal bulb, and one for the DRL.
I don't know about you: But we are a big fan of anything that packs a lot of bang for the buck -- and these new Hybrid XB's from Morimoto have it all.

Great look - but there were issues
by Scott
I purchased my F350 in Jan ‘19 and installed Supernova v4 and Switchback LEDs, but after about 3 years the Supernova’s started to fail. I decided to give HR more of my $ and ordered the XB Hybrids. The install went ok, but I got a blind spot system fault. HR tech recommended I ensure each connections was tight. That wasn’t the problem. I had accidentally disabled my blind spot system when I misunderstood the fuse tap install instructions and plugged into fuse 34 vs fuse 35. When I got that sorted out I realized the instructions for the DRL harness required me to turn off the truck in order to turn off the DRLs. I didn’t like that - I needed to dim all my lights when I go through a security checkpoint (I’m military). To fix the situation I wired the DRL harness into one of my up-fitter switches. The lights now look and work great except with diesel F350’s there isn’t enough room to do aiming adjustments .
Do not see a way to adjust headlights without taking the off
by Thomas
Overall was fairly easy to install. Few items that would have helped. 1. The how to video says you need a fuse extension. Not required would of prevented a call when I ordered if the video was updated. 2. You have to be very careful when you plug them in. If prong is bent you have to fix (maybe good to mention in video, customer service rep says he gets 40 calls a day on this). 3. I do not see a way to adjust with the headlights on. If this is possible please post a video.
Plan to try them for 30 days, not sure if they need to be adjusted. If I have to take them off to adjust I most likely will return.
Best aftermarket headlights on the market
by Hayden
My 2019 F250 had the ugly halogen headlights so I bought these. They are definitely the best looking headlights you can get. My only complaint is that I can’t find a blinker bulb that will fit in the housing that comes with these headlights. 7444 is supposed to fit, but I still can’t get them to. Other than that, I absolutely love them.
Ridiculously bright
by Jim Hank -
This is my 3rd set of aftermarket headlights I've tried and these are the best and brightest yet. I've had Anzo, Alpharex, and now these. Insane how bright they are
Look like oem.

Wanted something that looked as close as oem as possible and these did that. Great brightness and cut off. I asked to have them send the fuse extension. Took about a hour to install and they look and can see way better at night.
sort of plug and play
by Jacob
After watching the video and ordering the headlights through headlight revolution i figured these would be a simple install. I picked the headlights up locally and was assured everything I needed was included. Not so much. The Fuse tap extension they mention in the video was not included and without it there is no way to install the included fuse tap without cutting into your fuse box. The extension is also not something readily available at local auto part stores. I was able to wire them into an upfitter switch so I could put my truck back together. Also the turn signal bulb does not fit into the XB hybrid socket so after much searching I was able to find 744NA bulb that fit the socket and was finally able to install. The lights themselves are a much needed improvement over stock and quality is nice. Watch the video for install as that about the only info available. Pre order the extension and get some 7444NA bulbs and install would be about and hour.
Great Set Of Lights
by David
Install went fairly easy. Watch the video, the tip about lowering the bumper is a lifesaver. Quality seems really good compared to AlphaRex I ran on my Ram 2500. The only thing that sucked was the adapter for turn signal bulb. I bought LED switchbacks for the turn signal, and the adapter that came with the headlights, the bulb kept falling out. I reused the one off the original oem headlights and they worked perfect. Wiring up was straightforward. Took maybe 90 mins taking my time. LOVE the look
