As part of our Dodge Ram Video Series: we showed viewers how to install LED front turn signal light bulbs on their 2009 - 2018 Ram trucks. We supply only the highest quality LED bulbs from GTR Lighting so you won't have any headaches and they will last a long time. You can't use just any LED bulbs to plug into the front parking light / turn signal position on the Ram - these need to be specially designed to work with the RAM wiring! We have the right bulbs!

Switchback bulbs

I bought some switchback bulbs for my 2016 Ram 1500. Installed everything per instructions. Blinkers and running/parking lights worked great and are very bright but I did have parking light bulb out code when the headlights were one. Talked with customer service and they were very helpful and took care of things. I will be a repeat customer because the way i was treated. What I needed was a second set of resistors on the parking light side of things.
2013 Dodge Ram

I had high hope for these after installing my LED high beam , low beam and fog light kit from Headlight Revolution. Installation was easy but you do get an error message when you install these in a 2013 Dodge Ram. I also purchased the license plate Led bulbs and the same thing with those. I get an error message with those aswell License Plate Lamp Out. I called Headlight Revolution to ask them why I am getting a Parking Lamp out message & License Plate Out message on the dash. The person I spoke with on the phone was no real help other then telling me that the 2013 Dodge Rams were very sensitive to lamp changes.
When I asked him why on their website it says that it will work and that this kit is vehicle specific I did not get an anwser from him other then him keep repeating himself say that the 2013 Dodge are very picky as to what will work and what will not.
Long story short the Parking light kit and the License Plate replacement bulbs do not work on a 2013 Dodge Ram. You will get a lamp out on the dash.

Purchased the led switchbacks turn signals. I had the wires solder to the resistors and one was bad. It wouldnÃôt heat up with the light on and wired correctly to the video specs for a 2017 Ram 1500. So I called customer service and asked if I could get a resistor to replace the bad one and they wanted me to unsolder the good side to try the bad resistor on the good side. You have to be on crack to ask someone who purchased your products to disassemble the working side to try try bad resistor because they are generally never bad is what I was told. I put my voltage meter to it and itÃôs not right but instead tell the customer on the phone we havenÃôt had bad ones in over 5 years. There was no oh IÃôm sorry will send you out a new one no problem. Instead piss off a multi time returning customer instead. Need better people doing the hiring of your customer service group or maybe itÃôs training thatÃôs needed. Anyways what kind of UL testing do you do in house to assure the customer that there are not bad parts being shipped out.
