The Pinnacle: One of the HID bulbs that put GTR Lighting on the map was this, the Ultra Series. It provides a seriously powerful upgrade to anyone looking to go from halogen to HID.
Precision: One of the hardest things to do in HID lighting is to get the alignment of the bulb itself in the halogen-based housing. Without that, no amount of tweaking and modification is going to get you proper lighting. Thankfully, GTR went to painstaking lengths to ensure an absolutely perfect alignment with the Ultra Series. Each and every bulb is laser aligned into the housing and checked for fitment before it leaves the factory.
Materials: To ensure that alignment doesn't go to waste, GTR uses the best Philips UV Resistant Quartz available. It won't dim and fade fast like lesser alternatives. It comes standard with insulated wiring to make the connections from your AMP style connectors to your ballast as though this harness came from the factory itself. No cutting, no soldering, no splicing. Just plug-n-play performance.
Benchmarking: GTR Lighting didn't design a ballast with simply their own product in mind, they built it to outperform the best of the best in the business. That's why you'll appreciate that the Ultra Series HID Ballast is quieter the competitors while also providing a lighting quick ignition of intense brightness in just .1 seconds with complete power in only 9 seconds. Installation Ease: Coming in at an incredible compact 2.75x3.5 inches, thisballast is small enough to fit almost anywhere and has complete mounting hardware as well as a grounding strap included.
Flicker Free & No More Bulb Out: Thanks to intelligent Canbus integration technology and an ASIC controller, these ballasts can handling pulsed width voltage or even a complex Canbus circuit. By leveraging those innovations you'll never get lamp out warnings, bulb out warnings, or flickering lighting. GTR really did think of everything.

Unfortunate

Where can I begin? I was enthused to hear of finally a reputable, reliable maker who makes kits to last. Ballasts that won't give up after 2 month. Proper quartz Philips bulbs. Man what a disappointment. Ballasts are humming noticably over the engine like I'm in an F14 Tomcat with a missle lock. The advertised 6000k beams are supposed to be a slightly "crisp blue," but they're so hued green that I feel like I'm driving in the Matrix - if it were dim and dull. These aren't any brighter or have a better hotspot than a previous pair of reputable LED H11s by Superbrightleds.com which also advertises high brightness and 6000k temps. I did the adult thing and requested a replacement, fair play to however that played out. These guys are apparently Ãùso busy" that they don't return emails, don't answer phone calls (seriously try to call them, it'll hang up after 15 minutes) and they don't communicate with one another to know what the right hand is doing from the left hand to know how to process a return. I am now 21 days from my initial order (which was delayed to begin with) and still don't have a working product nor any idea if my replacements have been processed, shipped - anything at all. They may have a superior product, but without a superior COMPANY to run it and get to you a correct, working product then what is even the point? Wholly disappointed and a complete waste of my life for what is more than likely a clevery marketed and lightly modified product they they didn't even create

HIDs are nice but wanted the NEW GTR LEDS AND KEPT GETTING JERKED AROUND ON THE ORDER NEVER RECIVED A FULL EXPLANATION NOW I KNOW WAY THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN TURNED INTO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IT STINKS BECAUSE IVE SPOKEN WITH A COUPLE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AND KEPT GETTING DEFERENT EXPLANATIONS ??? !!!

Awesome customer service via email and via phone call. They truly care about providing superb customer experience. The lights are great and before buying the product for my 2018 Tacoma TRD Sport I had no idea how easy it was to install this product, plug and play and I'm not tech savy or an expert installing any type of electronic. Highly recommend it!! I love my 8k color temp and they're super bright with the proper light output and great color as well.

Have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. My wife hated the headlights, way too dim! Looked around and found HR. Installed them (very easy) and it is literally a night and day difference!! Very happy, mostly because my wife is very happy!!
It don't work for 2015

Instruction should be a little bit more detailed as far as it not working for 2015 Ram 1500 models. It Turned off on me in the middle of the freeway. Use the morimoto wiring harness for ram with this product if you're going to install it on a 2015 ram 1500 models. But other than that awesome light.

This headlight kit was easy to install. I haven't had it in very long but so far everything is working great. I did purchase the relay harness which took a while to install It the right way. It would be nice to have a video from HR on how to install the relay to make it easier. Other than that everything is great quality.
